Getting on at Get On! ADV Fest
As the weekend kicks off, hundreds of adventure bikes pass off the highway onto the gravel trails that lead to the festival grounds at Rawhyde Adventures. No matter whether your comfort zone is on fire trails or in the deepest sand in a riverbed, any rider of any skill finds themselves having fun in the desert surrounding the ranch.
Our team was out having fun in the sun as well, getting some riding in on the Harley Pan-America and helping other riders learn about our TKC 70 Rocks and ContiTrailAttack 3 while our good friends at Revzilla helped riders get equipped on site. For those who purchased tires on site, we had our Continental tank bags available to help add some cargo space while on their adventures.
With hundreds of miles to explore and bikes to look at, our team went on our own adventure to see what the Mojave Desert had to offer. What we found ranged from winding mountain roads with sweeping corners to intense mountain trails that seemed to shoot straight up the mountainsides. The routes designed by Rever are truly an adventure rider’s dream cruises come to life.
After three days of exploring the desert, meeting new people, and testing our skills, the weekend came to an end. While driving back to LAX for our flights, we couldn’t help but look ahead to the next adventure, this time in Sturgis, South Dakota for the next Get On! ADV Fest.
